Anelisa Defoe, an MPH-trained Health Equity & Impact Strategist, partners with for-profit and nonprofit organizations to deliver community-centered solutions aimed at uplifting their constituents. Her commitment to ongoing fieldwork and community engagement informs her capacity-building strategies, keeping partners updated with best practices for implementing effective programs that adapt in response to changing trends.

Anelisa’s work is guided by a commitment to reinvest in the people, beliefs, and values that have fueled her path forward. She understands that most individuals want to create meaningful change in their communities, but many lack the resources and support to start — and succeed.
